Eligibility

To be eligible for a loan from Kabu Financial Services, the applicant must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide valid identification (National ID and passport-sized photos).
• Provide proof of the ability to repay (bank or mobile money statement for the last six months).
• Provide collateral (motor vehicle logbook in the applicant’s name).

Loan Application Process

• Complete the online loan application, you will be contacted by our staff for further guidance or apply in person at our branch.
• The Company will review the application and provide a loan offer once requirements submitted meet our standard.
• Loan applications are subject to review and approval based on creditworthiness, collateral verification, and other factors.

Interest Rates and Fees

• Interest rates for loans vary depending on the loan type and applicant’s financial profile.
• Additional fees, such as processing fees, logbook caveation fees and vehicle valuation may apply and will be communicated during the loan’s application process.

Repayment

• Loan repayments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule in the loan agreement.
• Early repayments is accepted without penalties, subject to prior approval by the Company.

Loan Collateral

Collateral in the form of a motor vehicle logbook must be provided for all loans.

The logbook will be Caveated until the loan is fully repaid, No motor vehicle parking requirement.

Upon full repayment the caveat is released.

Privacy & Data Protection

Kabu Financial Services respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable laws. Personal data collected during the loan application process will be used solely for assessing your eligibility.
